This box is beautiful and commands everyone's attention when opened. You'll hear lots of oohhhs and ahhhs! The only complaint I have is that the ballarina doesn't look too good and she has a little trouble keeping up her stamina going 'round and 'round. She makes about one and half turns and then you have to give her a little push!!

We purchased two of these as gifts for our two daughters as a gift from their new baby sister. We had their names inscribed on the mirror inside which turned out really nice. They both love it and the design is nice with the decor in their rooms. I just wish it was a bit larger, had more room for all their jewelry. As they get older with more "real" jewelry it will be fine, they are just young and in the dress up stage with lots of plastic type play jewelry.

My sister had a musical jewelry box growing up with a dancing ballerina and I always wanted one myself... every girl should have one! I'm buying jewelry box #2 for a friend's baby girl, gave #1 to my goddaughter for her baptism with a rosary. SO adorable!

Beautiful! My daughter loves listening to the music. It stores her little bracelets but not much of anything else. It is a little small but it's great for her age. I love the personalization of her name on the mirror. Very cute!

I had one of these when I was a little girl and I vowed if I had a girl I would get her one. I'm tucking this away for my baby girl's first birthday. The wood is beautiful, the inside pink velvet is like bubblegum and there is of course the ballerina poised and ready to dance when the lid is open. The tune is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". What makes this box unique is two things: the beautiful "etching" of your girl's name on the inside mirror and also the fact that the top of the lid can be used to display a photo... had no idea! The price makes this timeless piece a must buy!!

This is the 2nd jewelry box I have purchased for Granddaughter #2. Included Mom's baby bracelet, child's ring and diamond earrings for baby. Now granddaughter #2 will have one too. Nicest design and quality not to mention reasonable pricing. My daughter cried when she opened it at her baby shower for #1. Couldn't be happier!!!
